The School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati still has openings for the 2008-2009 school year and will hold auditions on Tuesday August 12th at 8:30 a.m. To audition, parents and students must print out and complete an application form below and submit the form to the school by Friday, August 8th. How to Apply to SCPA
The School for Creative & Performing Arts is a Cincinnati Public School of Choice for grades 4-12. Admission to SCPA is highly selective. Students must apply and audition to be accepted.
The school blends professional training in the arts with college-preparatory, top-quality academic work. Learn more about any of SCPA's individual artistic majors - all of which pursue active learning within a framework of ethical and aesthetic values.

Criteria for Admission
Chief criteria for admission to SCPA include the candidate's:
ability and potential within the arts (with the recognition that talent and creativity may flourish within a variety of learning styles)
potential for academic success
